First to arrive,
last to leave.
Since 2008, COAM has been the technical and human response that the Peruvian coast needs when the sea is threatened. One brigade, one fleet, and one decision: to protect.

Each deployment relies on a trained brigade, certified Lamor equipment, and a chain of command proven in real operations.
Mission
We provide comprehensive services in maritime operations and emergencies with the highest possible quality , restoring ecosystems and protecting coastal communities.
Each deployment is a commitment to life that depends on the sea: trained brigades, certified Lamor equipment and international OPRC protocols applied without shortcuts.
Vision
To be the South Pacific reference center in response to maritime emergencies operating by land, sea and air.
Peru as the base, Ecuador and Chile as a natural extension. A single operational network capable of responding from Tumbes to Magallanes with the same speed and technical standard.
Five principles that underpin every operation
These aren't words from a manual—they're the criteria we use to make decisions when the sea and time leave no room for error. This is how we work, how we hire, how we train.
Leadership
We take technical and human command of every operation. We coordinate our own and third-party brigades under a single chain of command.
Teamwork
Brigade, crew, client, authority. A well-executed operation is always a network of aligned teams.
Responsibility
We stand behind every barrier deployed, every liter recovered, every species protected. No gray areas.
Trust
We win it deal after deal. Clients in the hydrocarbon sector, ports, and shipowners call us because they know what they'll get.
Commitment
The sea doesn't keep to a schedule. Neither do we. 24/7 commitment to the Peruvian coast and those who depend on it.

Each milestone is a learning experience that no one can replicate without having lived it.
From the first deployment to the arrival of the Ocean Liberty, our operational capacity is the direct result of every emergency handled in the field.

COAM is born
Following the environmental impact of the Lydia Oldendorf oil spill, Eric Stucchi founded Conciencia Ambiental SRL — the first Peruvian spill response center, with technology imported from the USA.

Emergency in the Peruvian jungle
Following the MF Aqua incident, we led the response to the spill on the Itaya River. We tested our river logistics and strengthened our multi-environment capabilities.

Repsol Spill · Service Window
One of Peru's biggest ecological disasters. We deployed brigades, ships, and Lamor barriers to contain and mitigate the damage on over 25 affected beaches.

The Ocean Liberty arrives
OSRV, a specialist in hydrocarbon recovery, arrives in Callao from Alaska. It marks the beginning of a new era of offshore operational power.

Point Nemo is coming
Second OSRV brought from Seattle. We are increasing operational capacity and safety standards to maintain regional leadership.
Behind each barrier, a team that chose the sea as its trench.
The COAM brigade is not improvised. It comprises professionals in rescue, environmental engineering, and nautical operations, trained, certified, and with years of accumulated field experience.
